Leesi User Agreement
Effective date: August 3, 2026
Welcome to Leesi. Leesi helps people discover local activities, join events, create and manage their own events, and connect with others through shared interests and real-world experiences.
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the Leesi mobile application and related services (collectively, “Leesi”). By creating an account, selecting an acceptance control, or using Leesi, you agree to this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Leesi.
1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into this Agreement in the place where you live. Leesi is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Leesi only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law. Certain activities may have a higher minimum age set by the organizer or applicable law.
2. Accounts and Account Security
You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and protect your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for someone without authorization, transfer or sell an account, or use another person’s account without permission. Notify us promptly through the support channel available in Leesi if you suspect unauthorized access.
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. A display name or profile does not establish that Leesi has verified a person’s identity, qualifications, background, or affiliations.
3. The Leesi Service
Depending on your location, device, and app version, Leesi may allow you to:
- Discover activities by category, interest, date, or area.
- View event details and register or withdraw through a simplified flow.
- Create, edit, publish, share, cancel, or manage an event.
- Invite participants and monitor responses or attendance status.
- Save activities and receive relevant service notifications.
- Communicate or interact with organizers and other users.
- Report content or conduct and block other users.
Features may change or may not be available in every location. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature when reasonably necessary for security, safety, legal, technical, or operational reasons.
4. Event Listings and One-Tap Registration
A registration submitted through Leesi is a request or confirmation to participate according to the terms shown by the organizer. It does not guarantee admission, availability, accessibility, identity verification, suitability, safety, or that an event will occur as described. Organizers may establish lawful capacity limits, age rules, schedules, conduct requirements, or other conditions disclosed in the event listing.
Review all event details before registering. You are responsible for arriving at the correct place and time and for withdrawing promptly if you cannot attend. Organizers are responsible for keeping listings accurate and informing participants of material changes or cancellations.
5. Organizers and Participants
Unless Leesi expressly identifies itself as the organizer, activities listed on Leesi are created and operated by independent users or third parties. Leesi does not control their conduct and does not employ, endorse, certify, or represent them.
Event organizers must:
- Provide truthful details about the activity, location, timing, capacity, and requirements.
- Have the right to use the venue and any content included in the listing.
- Obtain permits, insurance, licenses, consents, and safety measures required by law.
- Treat participants fairly and avoid deceptive, discriminatory, or unsafe practices.
- Use participant information only to administer the relevant event and as permitted by law.
Participants must follow lawful organizer instructions, respect the venue and other people, and take reasonable responsibility for their own travel, belongings, health, and personal safety.
6. Real-World Safety
Meeting people and attending activities in person involves risks that an online service cannot eliminate. Use good judgment, review event information, tell someone you trust where you are going, arrange safe transportation, and leave or contact local authorities if you feel unsafe. Do not rely on Leesi for emergency assistance.
You decide whether an activity is appropriate for your age, health, abilities, experience, and circumstances. Seek qualified advice before participating in activities involving physical exertion, health risks, specialized equipment, travel, alcohol, or other regulated matters.
7. Your Content
“User Content” means event listings, titles, descriptions, locations, schedules, images, profile information, messages, comments, invitations, reports, and other material you submit through Leesi. You retain any ownership rights you have in your User Content.
You grant Leesi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, display, distribute, and moderate your User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote within, secure, and improve Leesi. For public event content, this includes displaying and sharing the listing to help users discover the event. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for reasonable backup periods, legal or safety retention, and copies already lawfully shared outside our control.
You represent that you own or have all permissions needed for your User Content and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights. Obtain consent before publishing another person’s image or personal details.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use Leesi to:
- Organize, promote, facilitate, or participate in unlawful or dangerous conduct.
- Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, exploit, discriminate against, or harm another person.
- Publish hateful, sexually exploitative, excessively violent, fraudulent, or deceptive material.
- Promote trafficking, controlled substances, weapons, illegal gambling, or prohibited goods or services.
- Expose private contact details, precise home locations, identity documents, or other sensitive information without authorization.
- Impersonate others, create fake events, manipulate registrations, submit false reports, or distribute spam.
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Introduce malware, scrape the service, bypass security, probe systems, or disrupt Leesi or its users.
- Use Leesi in a way that violates applicable law or encourages others to do so.
9. Community Safety, Reporting, and Blocking
Leesi provides tools to report content, events, or accounts and to block unwanted users. We may review reports and relevant content and may reject or remove listings, limit visibility, cancel registrations, preserve evidence, warn users, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.
Moderation decisions involve judgment and do not guarantee that all harmful material will be identified before it appears. Do not misuse reporting tools or retaliate against a reporter. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service or local authority.
10. Location and Notifications
Leesi may request device location permission to show nearby activities or support location-based features. You control this permission in your device settings and may also search or select an area manually when available. Organizers should avoid publishing a private residential address unless necessary and safe; Leesi may delay or limit display of precise event details for safety.
If you enable notifications, Leesi may send event reminders, registration updates, invitations, safety notices, and account messages. You can manage notification permission in device settings.
11. Third-Party Places, Links, and Services
Event listings may refer to third-party venues, maps, websites, or services. Those third parties operate independently and may apply their own terms and privacy practices. Leesi is not responsible for third-party content, availability, conduct, or transactions.
12. Intellectual Property
Except for User Content, Leesi and its software, interface, branding, original graphics, text, and features are owned by Leesi or its licensors and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use Leesi under this Agreement. You may not copy, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Leesi except as permitted by law or written authorization.
13. Account Deletion and Termination
You may stop using Leesi at any time. If Leesi supports account creation, you may initiate deletion through the account settings or the support channel provided in the app. Deleting the app from your device does not by itself delete your account.
We may restrict or terminate access when you materially or repeatedly violate this Agreement, create safety or legal risk, misuse the service, or when required by law. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to request review.
14. Availability and Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, Leesi is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, the accuracy of user-submitted information, attendance levels, event outcomes, or the identity or conduct of users, organizers, venues, or third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leesi and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss arising from user conduct, cancelled or changed events, travel, property, content, data, or opportunities. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your event, your User Content, your unlawful conduct, or your material breach of this Agreement. This section does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.
16. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement to reflect changes in Leesi, law, safety, or operations. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. If you do not agree to an updated Agreement, stop using Leesi and delete your account.
17. Apple
Apple is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for Leesi or its content. Use of the iOS app must also comply with applicable App Store and Apple Media Services terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the end-user terms applicable to the licensed iOS app where required by those terms.
18. General Terms
If a provision of this Agreement is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, or transfer of Leesi, subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and the laws and courts that cannot be contractually changed remain unaffected.
19. Contact
For support, legal questions, event safety concerns, or moderation requests, use the support method displayed in Leesi or email leesi@gmail.com.
